Google Launch URL Shortening
Google have announced a new service this morning that is capable of shortening URL?s. The service is called Google URL Shortener and is designed for those who like to share links on websites such as Twitter.com where you are restricted to the amount of characters you can tweet.
People share a lot of links online. This is particularly true as microblogging services such as Twitter have grown in popularity. If you?re not familiar with them, URL shorteners basically squeeze a long URL into fewer characters to make it easier to share with others. With character limits in tweets, status updates and other modes of short form publishing, a shorter URL leaves more room to say what?s on your mind ? and that?s why people use them.
Google have built the service on their multi-datacenter infrastructure to provide excellent uptime and reliability. This means that any URL you shorten should be available at all times rather than timing out. Google have also included security checks in to their URL shortening service which attempts to block shortened URL?s to suspicious websites. Speed is another reason for creating this service as Google have a big push on the speed of the web at the moment. Having a URL shortening service that responds quickly is exactly what Google are wanting.

Everyone is bound to cheat on their spouse one time or another. Chance comes to all. Opportunities abound for all to seize. Admittedly, cheating is sweet (stolen bread is sweet). While some will try to remain faithful, a lot more will cheat as the physical attraction wanes. Long term relationships get boring with time. The one-time sweetie will turn sour and will be a big turn off. They just lose that magic that would make the sparks fly and the heart race like a formula one car.
Cheating brings back that energetic spark in ones life. Cheating is inevitable. To cheat is human not to be caught is divine. Here are a few rules to help you as you cheat.
0. Never ignore your spouse’s call when you are out with your lover, much more, never switch it off or cut the line when she calls you.
1. Always let your lover knows about your marital status. If you hide your status, your lover might surprise you at a very awkward time.
2. Never promise marriage to your lovers. You can only do so when your spouse passes on. Read more

Us Couple Charged With Trafficking Swazi Woman
An Ellenwood couple has been arrested on charges including forced labor and conspiracy for allegedly keeping a woman from Swaziland as an indentured servant.
United States Magistrate Judge Gerrilyn Brill oversaw the Wednesday hearing of 54-year-old Juna Gwendolyn Babb and 53-year-old Michael Babb.
They were also indicted on charges of harboring an alien for financial gain and accused of confiscating the woman’s passport and visa. Bond was set at $20,000.
U.S. Attorney’s Office spokesman Patrick Crosby said Michael Babb is a minister but the name of his church was not known. He said the couple was appointed a public defender. The attorney could not immediately be reached for comment.
The pair is accused of convincing a woman to come to their home from the Kingdom of Swaziland by promising her a “lucrative, short-term opportunity to provide catering services at the wedding of a family member,”

Adsense Conman : Being extorted your adsense income
Looks like there are Adsense Con artists around.
. A WebmasterWorld thread reports one AdSense publisher being conned online, making them share half their AdSense revenue? with them or else they would force them to be banned on Google AdSense.
The publisher said:
For the last several days I’ve been seeing 10x my normal revenue due to someone generating 1000′s of clicks on ads on my search channel. I notified the AdSense team immediately through the contact us (a pain in itself). Today I received an extortion letter indicating they’d stop if I pay them half the money. Otherwise they’d continue and get my account banned. What is the suggested way to contact and work with Google on this so that I don’t get my account banned?
What is happening is that this ‘pirate’ is sabotaging this publishers AdSense ads, by making it look like click fraud is rampant on his ads. Google may or may not ultimately ban the publisher due to the invalid clicks, which would leave the publisher out of business.
